What qualifications would I need to start a IT business?

I'm thinking of starting a business repairing and building computer and would like to know what qualifications would I need to be able to do this?

a thorough knowledge of your subject... an advertising medium such as the "Yellow Pages" to get your name to the public,some money to fund this.

• You don't need qualifications to start a business (you own it, so you are 'employing' yourself, as it were). What you need is experience and drive.
  And cash. Or someone to give you the money.
