You are trainee manager on the sainsbury's trainee manager scheme. As a trainee manager, you are in charge of the department and organise the labour scheduling for the department. You will often only spend one week on each department. You have joined the produce department and notice that there are too many staff being scheduled to work at non-peak times. The current Department Manager is in holiday and you will be moving to another department in a week's time.

Take note. report to your line manager/ trainer. Physically do nothing - don't mention it to staff etc.

- dont worry about it, your moving next week leave it to sort out for the dept manager, you dont or cant change staff. I think your getting the hole management power over your head a bit
