How much will it cost to ship 15 KG to Italy?

hello, can anybody tell me how much would it cost to ship a 15 KG parcel to Italy the cheapset way but still with a tracking number available?
I've heard of "Royal Mail Signed For", are there any other ways?

I think about £30-40 pounds give our take a couple of quid.
It's also about the size not just the weight. If it's something like a TV, it could cost in excess of £60!
