Is there a website where I can find statistics on...?

...how much governments from different countries spend on things like health care, education, jobs etc. I'm writing an article on health care systems of the world so I'll need figures to support my findings.

Try the World Health Organisation if you are writing about healthcare. I think healthcare though is usually compared by things like the facilities available to people and the health problems rather than the expenditure:
