Ebay return fees who should pay?

Hi i sold an item on ebay how ever the seller seems to think it is not an authetic dvd so he want me to pay the fees to the origin country he says £9.50 he says i should pay but i thought it was an ebay policy were the buyer is responsible.

hmmmmm who hel;l says it not an authentic dvd the buyer hmm..sounds like a scam to me...
YOU are under no obligation to return or pay back his payment unless you actually put in your selling form returns...
if you truly believe this is a genuine dvd then do not refund !!!!
it is a SCAM I HAVE HAD THIS HAPPEN TO ME SO BEWARE.HE PROB JUST CHANGED HIS MIND LEGALLYYOU DO NOT HAVE TO GIVE REFUND...

if however you did ut returns allowed then you can still get out of it because it is not a fake dvd in your opinion..sounds to me like it is a scam !!

• If you know 100% that the disk is genuine, it's likely they have copied it and simply want to send it back to get there money back after making a fake but doesn't want to be out of pocket paying the return costs. If this is the case, don't refund. Even if they involved paypal, paypal will not refund them until the dvd is returned to you by a recordable mail option so paypal can track it's where abouts. This would cost them quite dearly and they would have no choice if they wanted a refund. Paypals rules and there is no way around it.
• You need clear wording on your site or your at fault i guess?? i recently sent something back and paid the postage myself although i feel she should have as the goods were faulty???? NOW THEN....If your goods are not genuine then you are at fault i see it here regardless! if they are genuine i'd put it in ebays hands as they have probably scamming you and have copied it??
