Could anyone define zero budgeting?

i really dont understand it at all and i have a business exam tomorow any one help??

It means throwing out the old budget and justifying EVERY expense from scratch.

  Zero based budgeting is really a way of forcing management to think about the essentials of what the business is for. What would they budget for if they were planning to start the business tomorrow?
  
  By doing this they can drive out the many "nice to have" but unnecessary costs which creep into business over time. eg people producing stats for other people - who no longer use them.
  
  The usual alternative to this is setting budgets based on last years costs plus inflation. This gives an impression of control, but does nothing to change or even identify any ongoing problems.
• Zero budget is a reference to the monetary resources of an independently made project, amateurly as a hobby or otherwise, without any financial commitments made to it save those its owners/developers are willing to invest onto.
  
  A direct meaning being that all work on the project is done voluntarily without any of its contributing members being compensated for their labor.

What's the best way to earn money at home using internet?

I really need to earn money at home, I live in UK and to be honest I am tired of those offers on internet that say u can earn money at home and they're all lies, I want real earnings, I know people don't like to share this kind of info. but sometimes it's good to help others, thank u in advance.

• Technantly those 'offers' on the internet are not all a scam. FreebieJeebies has been running for a couple of years and they are certainly not :(
  It's an affliate site, where you have to get people to sig up and complete an offer. The problem is convincing people it's not a scam :(

• Well, I can say from experience that they are not all lies...
  
  I come from a IT engineering background that led to me doing project management for some of the worlds biggest telecoms companies. The pay was outrageous for a 26 year old; I was earning more in a day than my friends could in two weeks.
  
  But I got very dissallusioned with it all and I quit last year. I stumbled upon one of these "make money on the internet" things, which I always disregarded as spam. Don't really know why, but I pursued it.
  
  Now I make the same amount of money as I did in the management days, but I do it from home and I earn 24 hours a day. It is not a scam, it is totally legal and it is a completely legitimate business model. Those who think otherwise are either thinking like I used to think (ie, spam and scam) or they tried it and failed after a week.

I've already told you the Co-op funeral services..You arrange for them to come to you and they bring all the paper work you'll need with them including a form to apply to the social fund..............

  You should be looking to get about 80% wholesale value for your gold. These companies offer between 10 and 20% (not including the postal costs, which they charge to you and an admin charge)
