Canada post item tracking says my item is on hold because of an incorrect or incomplete address, what do I do?

I am sending very important visa documents from Red Deer, Alberta, Canada to Romford, Essex, United Kingdom...I sent it FedEx, priority express and it cost me $60. I went to the canada post website today and entered the tracking number but it said that it got to stanstead, then arrived at Greenwich, United Kingdom and is 'on hold' due to 'an incorrect or incomplete address' but it doesn't have an incorrect or incomplete address though I was given a copy of what was put on the parcel and its the right address!
what am I suppost to do? theres a deadline on when the documents have to reach a company in the uk but if they dont reach my home address on time theres no chance.
