Has anyone heard of the Energy Efficiency Campaign UK? Is it genuine? Or the Real Energy Heating company?

We had a quote for a new boiler from the Real Energy Heating company, who said that we were entitled to a discount due to participation in the Energy Efficiency Campaign. The quote was quite high. We can't find any info on the EEC on the internet, and the REH website is not much help.
