Resolved Question

I have a problem with an agreed price form "Postal gold" as advertised on TV. Can I change my mind?

I sent gold to Postal Gold as advertised on TV. When the money was deposited in my account i was not happy and just as it says I'm allowed to i rang to arrange to return the money and have my gold returned to me. I was offered a higher price which I accepted. I immediately changed my mind and rang to cancel the arrangement. I was told i couldn't do this because i had accepted a higher offer. Are they allowed to do this.I really want the return of my gold

Generally an accepted offer cannot be withdrawn unless cancelled by mutual agreement.

  • I would have to agree with VJ, its going to be very hard to get your gold back. In the future, deal locally.
